How to Delete Your Data

To request deletion of your Soratify personal data, email support@soratify.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Include These Details

1. Your full name
2. The email address linked to your Soratify account
3. Your organization or workspace name (if applicable)
4. Whether you want account-only deletion or full workspace data deletion (admin only)

Verification and Processing

For security, we verify identity before deletion. Most requests are processed within 7 to 30 days depending on legal and operational requirements.

What Happens After Deletion

• Access to your account is removed.
• Connected social tokens and platform links are revoked or removed where possible.
• Personal profile data and generated content are deleted from active systems.
• Certain records may be retained when required by law, security, fraud prevention, or billing compliance.
